We Designed the 'Roma' oven due to the number of restaurants who have contacted us requesting an oven that is a bit bigger. The 'Roma' offers stylish design, Superior performance and four different sizes accommodate any size of Restaurant. Available in kit form to be built onsite or pre-build on a steel stand.
'Roma' Oven kit
We will supply all the components needed to build your oven
You supply a base for the oven to sit on and then finish the oven with your own design.
Roma kit includes:-
- The oven core
- 500mm Stainless Steel Insulated Chimney and adaptor plate
- Stainless steel chimney cowl
- Cooking floor made up from high quality engineered firebricks
- Steel oven door with handle, this is profiled to the oven arch
- 1metre x 1metre 'Calsil' insulation board for your oven floor to sit on
- High Density insulation blanket
- 25kg fireclay to be used to assemble and seal your oven
